About the role 🤖💻

As an SMA Engineer, you will oversee the entire SMA line, ensuring smooth operation, process development, and machinery renewals. You will:

• Lead maintenance and repair activities, including hands-on technical tasks
• Develop programs for various machines to optimize performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with factory Team Leads, Industrial Engineers, Test Engineers, and Product Engineers
• Support the Industrial Engineering team when needed

This is a hands-on role where precision, problem-solving, and proactive thinking are key!

About you 🙋🙆‍♀️

We’re looking for someone with:

• Technical experience ideally in SMA line operation, maintenance, or repair. A background in mechatronics or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Attention to detail—you’ll work with small components
• A can-do attitude and eagerness to take on challenges
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong ownership mindset—you take initiative and responsibility, solve problems proactively, and treat the role as if the success of the process depends on you
• Good English skills (Estonian is a plus)
